You may have seen recent news about a cyber incident involving Manage My Health, the online patient portal used by our practice.
We want to reassure you that Manage My Health is managing this situation directly, including contacting any people who may have been affected. Unfortunately, our practice does not have access to information that tells us whether individual patients were impacted, so we’re unable to check or confirm this for you.
What you can do
If you have concerns about your Manage My Health account, you may choose to close your account if you wish.
The Manage My Health phone app has been temporarily blocked. If you try to open it, you’ll be redirected to the web version.
When using the web version, you’ll be prompted to update your password and enable two-factor authentication. These are important security steps and are safe to follow.
How to close your Manage My Health account (if you choose to)
Using the web version (or if redirected there from the app):
Click the profile icon (top right).
Select Profile.
Choose Close Account.
You’ll see a prompt explaining that your account will close and data will be deleted 72 hours after your request.

Manage My Health will contact affected people directly if needed. As we can’t access or confirm individual account details, please don’t phone or email Little London Medical about this issue, as our team is unable to help with these enquiries.
Finally, please remember - do not share your passwords or verification codes with anyone.
We understand this may feel unsettling, and we appreciate your understanding and kindness towards our reception team during this time.
