Little London Medical is a boutique family practice in central Hamilton, overlooking the beautiful Waikato awa. We are Hamilton’s longest-established GP practice, providing quality healthcare to our community for over 100 years. Our practice cares for the whole person.

Positions Available:

General Practitioner - Full or Part-time

We have an opportunity for a full or part-time general practitioner (0.4-1.0 FTE) to join our team.

Candidate Requirements:

A passion for family medicine

Sound clinical and communication skills

An interest in minor surgery or other procedures is a bonus

Practice Nurse - Fixed-Term or Casual

We are seeking an experienced practice nurse to join our friendly team on a fixed-term/casual basis to cover medium to long-term staff leave.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Urgent triage and clinical assessment
Chronic disease management and patient education
Immunisations, cervical screening, and health promotion
Minor procedures and assisting with surgeries
Supporting national screening and recall programmes

Candidate Requirements:

NZ Registered Nurse with current APC
Minimum 5 years of practice nursing experience preferred
Current Resuscitation Certificate (minimum Level 4)
Certification in immunisations and smear taking (preferred)
NZ residency or citizenship
Police Vetting with subsequent satisfactory risk assessment
