How to Book

For non-urgent appointments, you can book appointments online through Manage My Health. If you have not registered yet, please call us after 2pm, Mon-Fri, to set up your account.

For all other appointments, please phone 07 839 5004 during business hours.

Phone and Video Consultations

Phone or video consultations are available if required.

If you have booked a Phone Consultation, your doctor will call you at or near the appointment time.

If your doctor has requested a Video Consultation, you can prepare here.

Need Medical Support Today?

Our nurses are available until 3.30pm each weekday to take calls about your health. We also keep a few GP appointments free each day, but these can fill up quickly. If you think you need to see a GP today:

Call us between 8.35am and 9am - Our phone lines open at 8.35am, and the sooner you call us, the quicker we can help you.

Our team will ask about your symptoms and arrange the most appropriate care.

This may be a same-day GP or nurse appointment, or a booking within the next few days.

Our Safe Care Approach for Colds, Flu, and Covid

It is our standard practice to ask health screening questions when you call to book an appointment.

If you are feeling unwell with a new or worsening cough, sore throat, runny nose, or fever, we will book you to see your GP in the Manaaki room, in the cabin in front of our main clinic. Read more about Manaaki room appointments here.

After Hours Care

Same Day Virtual After-Hours Appointments
Our enrolled patients can access online after-hours appointments with GPs through our partnership with Practice Plus. They are open until 10pm on Weekdays and 8pm on Weekends and Public Holidays. Learn more about Practice Plus here.

Urgent Medical Attention

If you need urgent medical attention for serious injuries or symptoms that can’t wait, such as heavy bleeding, suspected broken bones, chest pain or serious burns, please go straight to your nearest Urgent Care facility:

Appointment Times

Our standard appointment times are up to 15 minutes. Longer appointments are available on request. Please call or email in advance to book these.

All appointments over 15 minutes will be charged a double fee.
